Our story

In 2016, Kristen McFadden Gandhi decided to leave a long time position with a company she loved to pursue a career with helping startups scale.  Throughout her journey, Kristen noticed that organizations with great mission and culture were being penalized at the venture capital table.  

Kristen realized that she had a talent in knowing how to do more with less, and that new technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence could help level the playing field.  By focusing on overall experience and utilizing the right technology at the right time, you can eliminate a large portion of the waste in IT spending while retaining true to a company's mission and roots.
